1. To make best use of our time together, fill out the questionnaire. I maintain high confidentiality for my clients, so be as open as you can.  (Your session is not confirmed until this is filled out).  
2. Working with me is an investment in your long-term health. Please schedule only if you are financially able to make this investment. 
3. I am happy to offer one FREE session per person. No show will count as a session.
4. Please arrive on time, we only have 30 min together.
